Joined: Sat Jan 06, 2007 9:47 pm Posts: 3550 Location: Pittsburgh	Has anyone got any significant weight from their Look Keo Blades? I took a dremel to a set and thought I'd drop more weight but only got 2 grams off. What's the metal plate for. Is it necessary? When the cleat is engaged, it is never contacted it seems.
