Starting new build and looking for 2012 Cannondale EVO.ultimate 54 or 56 cm.frames. How available are they and what is current best price?

Umm, they are not available. The Ultimate frameset is not sold and you can only buy the complete bike.
Believe me I tried to get just the frameset and had no luck. They build them all up into bikes so there is no inventory of just the frameset. Especially this late in the model year.
