Suggest you check out the exploding DA cassette thread.......
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?
One.
So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

what are you talking about?
OP has an 11 speed cassette with noise coming from it. Are you not paying attention?

Lockring torque spec.
I've seen that and worse from all alloy freehub bodies.

American Classic sells cassette pins that prevent the loose cogs from biting into freehubs. You can go the DIY route and use staples from a staple gun. Steel freehubs of course don't have this problem, and neither do SRAM Red cassettes since there are no loose individual cogs.
Better to do something now though to prevent any further damage to the freehub. I've had cassettes bite so hard into Al freehubs that they got stuck.

This is quite normal. I've seen some that are so bad that I could barely get them off even with a vice-whip and a lockring removal tool.
CAmpagnolo freehub is bite proof

Of all the hubs I have (all alloy freehubs), the biggest "bites" are on my ORC-UL.
Very useful comment BTW Julio...

If you weren't so busy being a smart alec you might have read this:
I'm getting a lot noise on my dura ace 9000 cassette in the larger cogs
and wondered whether or not OP could possibly have the cassette problem I referenced, rather than posting some irrelevant comment about 10-speed and spacers

I must admit you are right in an absolute way Julio.
@asv: Sorry I mislead you. My post was irrelevant because I used my 10S experience to illustrate my thoughts. Do not check if you have proper cassette installation, leading to improper lockring torque.
Ah! And beware of those Shimano Dura Ace 9000 cassettes, I read they were responsible for nasty freehub bites, moments before exploding in pieces...

BikerJ,
I'm not into fiction characters, really.
Fact is (to get back to topic) I gave my honest opinion to asv, and most of the other members seem to agree with me.
That comment was uncivil, and irrelevant IMO. I really seriously don't get your point...
