Post subject: Laterally stiff, mid-high carbon rear wheel

So I'm in need of a new rear carbon tub rear wheel after destroying a Reynold DV3kt. I tend to put a lot of lateral force on rear wheels and have to have my brakes almost completely open to negate brake rub.

What fits the bill for a 45-70mm rear wheel that's very stiff laterally and not stupid expensive?
