Adding the time save togther valid just like each claim on its own...

Each to their own but there is so much more to fix before a tail fin and rear water bottle fin is thought about. I have never seen anything like that in any of my aero product research anywhere and have never even heard this mentioned. It looks ridiculous.

Mikmik, you don't have German blood in you, do you?

;)

Literal sense of humour missed llhh's obviously sarcastic comment. Usually us Aussies are the worst of the lot for overuse of sarcasm with humour dryer than a dead dingo's donger. :)

Ahhhhhh I get it now, I completely missed LLHH's funny. Not to just defend but 'in my defence' this is an internet forum and we have smileys to help condone a feeling in a post. It's very hard to guesstimate a persons humour via a white page and black lettering....though I should have picked out the humour side of his wording :D.

All good

Open question:

I have long hair. During a ride, it will eventually turn into a sort of 'spoiler' like that off of a 911 Carerra, below my helmet, and is quite visible from the shadow I cast while riding.

If I wear Giro's new "Air Attack" helmet, will my spoiler-of-curls be totally negating the benefits of the new aero helmet?
How can I make my hair more aero without cutting it off?
If I tie it up into a ridiculously tight ball at the rear of my head, will it be more aero?
Will there be, or are there any existing products which can make my female-seducing lockes more aero?

prend, I think it's time to explain what a kammtail is to your hairdresser.

Just grease your hair down with a couple pounds of shellac like Cippolini used to do. Aero and hip at the same time.

Or snap on a Speedo swimmer's cap and tuck those locks up inside.
Then take pictures of this arrangement and post them... please.

The last one seems the most plausible for crits, although I admit a swim cap will make head heat difficult to deal with.
I'll see if I can track down a recent picture of my shadow for reference.
