Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed ✔ FIXED
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken ✔ FIXED
- Avatars cannot be uploaded ✔ FIXED

Please note that we will soon do some changes in WW board template design in case to get a fully mobile/desktop responsiveness board!

So ordered my supersix and arrived today! yay! It came packed in the original box and all was well and good until I decided to have a look at it (it is going to the LBS for assembly) and then I noticed something strange inside the top tube...

I have tried taking a few pictures but they are not very clear...

Basically I wouldn't expect any excess material inside the top tube or any tube inside the frame. Is that normal or common?

Thank you,
Gabriel

It's normal - it's a polyester film which stops the bladder from sticking inside the frame during moulding. The pressure from the bladder compresses the fibres and resin during the moulding and curing process.
