Hi, Im looking for a bit of advice as to which part to order. Dont really want to go to the LBS for various reasons..

Ive wrecked the barrel adjuster on my Shimano 105 5600 Capilers, part no Y-83 98050. Cant find it online

Am I better to get the Ultegra 6600 one, http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/shimano-ulte ... prod29969/,
or the 5700 105 one, http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/shimano-105- ... prod29979/

Shimano's Tech DOcs is the best place to look. Not only can you get the spare part number, but also if there is an interchangeable part thy normally note it in the columns on the right hand side of the document.

In this instance the 6600 part is interchangeable but the 5700 is not.

Many thanks, that's very helpful. Id found that datasheet but didnt really look at the RH columns.
