hi guys.. Need ur help in suggesting a stem and handlebar combo, while keeping the budget under $250 and lightweight.

looking for carbon type. Stem to be 80 or 90mm and handlebar is 42mm.

any suggestions?

Stem is super easy. UNO Ultra-lite. Tuned with Ti bolts, they come in at 96g ish for that length and they cost penuts (like $20 on ebay). Care....there are 2 versions 1 lite, one not so lite.
Bars: there are many. kestrels (only one of their variants are light...can't remember which one tho), Easton EC90 variants (there are 3 variations in shape) are both under 200g. Syntace Racelites are about 200g Ritchey WCS are nice and strong and about 220g???????
