Yes you are right.
The best.
I dont know why we spend so long thinking about these kind of things when you have the answer to hand. So many posts here about wheels, hubs, spokes and rims, and we have all been wasting our time.
While you are at it which is the best frame, groupset, cranks, brakes.....

i would be putting it on my to come soon cervelo R5 which is black in color so steel finish will look out of place also for me the best bike would be cervelo s series for speed have a s1 and r series for long distance though that is debatable since every mind does not think alike

Radiudeen,
What is your weight?
What are your intended riding purposes?
What type of rider are you?
What are the road conditions?
Are you limited by budget?
Are you limited by location?
Are you limited in skill (do you know how to glue/mount/dismount a tubular) ?
Then we may be able to find "the best" (whatever that is) for you.

I am mostly into Brm's rides ranging from 200 to 600 kms am planning
to do the ambitious 1400 kms ride from london to edingbrough next year
have bought my self a cervelo r5 2011 model looking out for wheels as
fulcrum seven is not to my liking .roads where i ride r pretty bad.
only looking at alloy clincher wheelset

No. "Best" wheels candidates have to be tubulars.
Given your ambition of marathon riding, I'd have to second the record hubs. Upgrade them to ceramic balls and you feel like you are riding on silk.
You haven't talked about spoke counts but I'd be thinking the BHS wide rim with 20/24 frt and 28/32 rear.
You could even consider sapim super spokes- they will get you a little weight back off with the higher spoke counts, and the slightly reduced stiffness will add some spring and comfort.
