if yes were can i find them and can it be upgraded with ceramic bearings.

Current generation hubs, from the Campagnolo website.

Campagnolo hubs are only available in 32h for ages.
Reason is that they certainly want to sell their complete wheelsets instead of hubs.

The only campag rear hub in 24 hole are neutron, with a eurus front in 16 or bora front
in 18.
