I'm with ticou on this one...

I have a 42cm Ritchey WCS Logic II bar at 233g - it's widely available, reasonably priced, and very nearly bombproof. For the extra ounce you pay, the piece of mind is worth it.

I have 3 of those 3t prima 199 for each of my 3 bikes.

Are you basing the Deda weigh on actual bars you have, or the manufacturer. Sure, the "215" name is supposed to indicate the weight, but I've never seen a listing below approximately 230 grams on this site or any other. My 215 shallows weigh that (232 g).

Like most things Deda, not what they say they weigh. but nice bars and quite light weight.

My 44cm outside-outside one is 232g, so the 42cm one should not be a whole lot above spec?

+1 for the 3TTT Prima 199s - great bars, weights close to advertised, last well, comfortable, never had a problem. Just got clipped by a car door, front wheel trashed, brake levers scratched up, me black and blue but the Prima 199s are unmarked...
