Anyone know if this is possible or actually doing this? Looks plausible if you run the old 122mm mtb spindle but guess there may be chainline and other issues I haven't considered.

I want to run this setup on a BB386 tt bike with the new quarq spider but with the option to remove and run on my road bikes which are bb30 and pf30.

Have read some posts that starnut was working on something but haven't seen anything concrete.

There would be chain line issues. Unless you can get a custom spider, the hollowgram spider has no 'dish' so with the longer MTB spindle, your simply moving both chainrings further outboard of the correct chainline. I suspect that this setup would place the small chainring out pretty close to where the large chainring would be on an actuall BB386 crankset.
