Or even the chain rings?

Campag compatible chainrings are made. by both Stronglight and TA. The TA Nerius and Nerius11 are top quality product and will serve at least as well as Campag.

You can get them at one of the UK outlets.

Also look at Miche chainrings; my friend has got them and they work great
