Hi, interested in a pair of lightweight wheels to take to the Pyrenees. Quite fancy these to go with my cervelo r3sl, but can't find any reviews. Never ridden tubular so will also take some shamal in case I dont like the braking or puncture. Alternatively like the mavic CCU but are about £1000 more expensive, plus will need to get the protection plan which I've missed out on for a £1!!!

Any info regarding stiffness (I weigh 68kg), durability and braking.
Thank you.

I had corima aero + for a couple of years. At your weight winium would be great. Braking is fine with corima pads and the overall quality is top. One of the best wheelsets for the money IME.

I love my winium rims (custom build). They are awesome in the mountains. hard to beat the price performance also.

I have had a pair of Winium + for about a year. Love them. Solid ride. Awesome hub. Good braking (using swissStop yellow). Like the as much if not better than my Hyperons.
