It looks like Peter Stetina is riding the next generation R5ca.
Different chainstay, downtube & glossy finish frame.
The image is from velonews stage 20 by Graham Watson.

What wheels are those? They seem a mix of Cosmic SL clinchers (spokes) and Cosmic SLR clinchers (hub, fairing and brake track)...They don't look like CCU to me? I know there is a version of Cosmic that looks like the clincher SL/SLR but it's a tubular, and it's not on sale. Is this one?

There's no molded carbon fiber cable stops on the downtube & drive-side chainstay.

I see what u mean now, I was looking for different profile chainstay and downtube. Still, may they have just dremeled off the cable stops??

They are indeed CCUs. Mavic now has an additional large "Special Service Course" yellow sticker that they're placing on these wheels, but that's the only difference between what you're seeing in the photo and the CCUs you can buy.
