Picked up a set last night. This is the Alloy G3 wheelset (http://www.cycleops.com/en/products/pow ... gory_id=21).


Front wheel: 807g
Rear Wheel: 1044g
Front QR: 54g
Rear QR: 59g


Claimed weight for G3 is 1850g. Claimed weight was dead on.

Those are Velocity A23 rims aren't they?

By way of comparison I have a set built up with a 2011 SL+.

Weights:

Front - 719g
Rear - 1024g

So in theory could knock another 100g off if my build was with a G3.

Just got a pr myself. I'm impressed with the build quality and look forward to wearing them out.

I have a pr of 2009 Reynolds 46c with a wireless Powertap that have been abused beyond belief. And, I bought them used. Only thing, I sent them back a couple of years ago and had the 'Tap updated and serviced. Bomb-proof except for a small handful of batteries over three years, but, still with all the miles I'm a little worried of popping a spoke when 40-50 miles from home and no/little cell service.

These puppies solve that worry !
