yep. Works well for me (high arch left foot, medium in right). Used for approx. 3000k and holding up well.
I also tried the the specialized body geom. ones - for the same size insole I found the arch lump further forward which didn't suit me.
I've also got a pair of Sole thin sports in my other shoes (http://www.yoursole.com/us) - which, having only ridden 500k in them, feel even better than the Giro's in my opinion.

Have always used E-Soles E-Fit orange beds. Perfect adjustabe platform to allow correct arch support and MT button support.
With whatever is happeneing with those guys though supply is getting very tricky, hope the design is picked up copied and marketed in the next 12months though.....
