I know this post is fairly old now, but I just got my Time Xpresso 12's in the mail today and thought I'd contribute 
Pair of pedals: 160g (155g advertised)
pair of cleats: 65g
Complete pedal system (pedals, cleats, screws): 246grams.
This complete weight also includes the little baggy the screws came in.
Ordered them online two weeks ago from BikeInn.com for $189.95 USD.

I've bought 5 pairs of 12's now and they all came in at exactly 155 to 157 on my scale.
