Just curious if anyone has used these before.

http://www.offthefrontracingsystems.com/

I am sure that they are just some Chinese rims, but I am not sure who the manufacturer is, or how the quality is.

Thanks,

Brian

Haven't used their rims but I have used their hubs. Hubs are relabeled Bitex and are quite OK.

I have a set of the rims and their hubs using DT Swiss Aerolite spokes. Braking is great and they wind up very quick. For a low profile rim they fly. I'm running Vittoria Evo Corsa CX 320 tpi tires.

The rims look a lot like Yishun/Farsports/younamit.

I have to correct myself. I have built with their hubs and they are quite OK. However, looking at them compared to a newer set of Bitex that I received a couple of days ago, they are not the same hub. Quite similar, but not the same.

However, like I mentioned before, I like their hubs quite a bit as they've given me no trouble at all. I have one in a Corima Aero rear that I rebuilt early last year and it is SOLID.

...i have a pair :) (the 24 mm carbon rim 20/24 hole)
i got the package just a week ago... so i can't tell you something about the preformance but they look great
and i got 49$ discount (for buying a pair)...
i orderd the rims middle november and 3 weeks later i ask about my order and what's happen or are any news for shipping status. they told me my order is lost by the computersystem...but it will be send out tomorrow via expressmail (i stay in germany) and i'll get again 49$ discount....
so at the end i got a pair for 269$ +25 shipping by the way ...weight for the 20 hole is 276g and by the 24 hole 274g.
was a nice deal :beerchug:
