could be wrong, but I don't think that they fit without some rub while under strong efforts.

My friend is running this setup. It is a very, very tight fit in there. I'd be surprised if it doesn't rub on hard efforts.

Kind of on topic, my buddy has 303 FCs on his SL4. They are not supposed to fit. No rubbing.

Find a pair and test fit them.

I don´t know anyone with 303FC´s

my rear end is 33mm and the 303 are about 28 (28.5mm)

I would say enough for a person of 1.70 m and 60 kg

thats 2.5 mm on both sides

You may want to call zipp and ask them. I'm sure they'll tell you if they fit or not.

I´ve contacted Zipp and they told me it´s gonna be close.

they recommend 3mm on both sides for clearens but wanted to know if it was posibble cause a lot of companies got bigger marches then needed

now I saw pictures on FB in thetour of Cali. with a SL4 with 303´s

I ran 303s on my 2010 Tarmac last year. When they developed cracks last fall, I sent them back to Zipp and had them rebuilt. They came back with the Firecrest rims. Installed them on my bike and they rub on hard efforts. My buddy has a 2012 Tarmac and when he tried them, he had the same problem. When my dealership contacted Zipp about it, they offered to replace them with 303 or 404 clinchers; implying that the clinchers would fit, but even the 404 FC tubulars might have issues. They are now for sale :(

BTW, don't put much stock in what you see the pros riding. When doing some reasearch on this tipic (with the LBS contacting both Zipp and Specialized) no one would come right out and say it, but the implication was that the pros on Specialized ride the previous gen 303s with FC stickers.

404 fc DO fit in a Tarmac. I have ridden them for about a year now on my 2011 S-works Tarmac. No rub! 303's have a wider profile than 404's.

oh that is better,
do you know if there is any change in the stays between your model and the 2009 S works model (SL2)

thank you
