The shop finally found my click or pop on my cranks, it appears that the Dura ace 7900 cranks are hollowed out more than the Ultegra 6700 that leaves less meat for the chainring bolts to bolt to and they were not staying tight. The loose bolt, created a rythmic clicking on every stroke under moderate force. They applied locktite and everything is quiet now and running smooth.

I know that there have been a couple of post of not being able to find a crank noise for a few folks.
