I have exactly the same problem.
Is this happened to someone else?

Check it isn't the front skewer. Try a different wheel and / or skewer. Could also try a little grease on the dropout.
It's a amazing how sound travels when carbon forks and frames are involved.

The official dealer told me that the whole system in BB must be reassembled with glue for carbon.
It's an order from Specialized from 2013 and then.

If it remains, they must replace the frame.

There were two things.

The main noise came from the bearings. They didn't make a right circle but they had an oval shape.Guarantee issue.

Secondly, it was the cassette. At Dura ace 7900 11-23, the 17 gear with the 19 were not rivetted well and only at 19 made noise.Guarantee issue too.

Finally, I hear nothing... except the wind :D

I have the same problem aswell! I got the SL4 Pro from 2012. I'm pretty shure it's from the headset. Hoping I'll get rid of it soon
