Clip-ons for light carbon bars?

Does anyone know of a clip-on aero set that can be used with carbon bars that are too fragile for normal clipons?
I was thinking of something that might utilise the stem to avoid hard clamp pressure on the bars.

The only option I know was the Oval system. Not sure if it is still available though.

Oval concepts do a stem that has a stem cap that takes aero bars, or you can swap it for a normal cap when you don't need the aero bars.
