I have the San Marco Carbon FX, happy medium between cutout/no cutout. The padding along the middle is super soft so there is less pressure then most. They have a cut out version as well.

I bought this Toupe-esque carbon saddle from aliexpress for less than US$40, and my butts have been happy so far. :D
My previous favorite is Fizik Antares and I prefer flat and wide saddles(wider than 140mm).

This one is marked 143mm wide and I measured 140mm. Weight is 91.5g.

(I removed the clear coat and decals)

It has arrived, weight at 111gr. Looks and feels great quality, I ll be putting it on a test in the weekend and come back with a report.
