Hello folks!
I've been looking for a tt bike and decided to buy a tt bike and change frameset because there always are great deals, but frames just doesn't fit. And also Dolan and Ribble frames are looking decent for the price.
So I want to ask what is manufacturer of this Dolan frame(I'm curious, because I've seen lots of same but unbranded frames and Dolan does not sell these frames except for this one in sale)
http://www.dolan-bikes.com/Frame%20Sets?product_id=487
And the second question - what is manufacturer behind this Ribble. I have not seen similar frame from other manufacturers, but it just can't be true thet Ribble manufacturers this particular frame with such small demand.

Maybe there are some other alternatives to these two?

Hey Kasparz, I have no idea about the Dolan. The Ribble looks similar to the Planet-X Exocet / Exocet 2 (I think there are a couple of similar versions of the design that appear to have really similar basic shapes with a tweak or two)

The Planet X is slightly different in a few ways but I know I've seen other variants that have a similar seattube bulge like the Ribble.

Can get the 'Dolan' here http://www.gotobike.com.cn/proShow/View.aspx?id=6

Swift carbon (http://www.swiftcarbon.com/) at 2250 pounds for frameset and bars makes the ribble look like very good value...
Spend the rest of the day reading through the chinese factory direct threads on bikeforums and you'll likely find out where it's made.

Hating a 'drivetrain' choice on one bike vs. another is as imbecile as people getting into fist-fights at a motor race that they are not actually racing in Australia over a debate between two car companies. It really is ridiculous.

Now I found a fully equipped Trek Equinox 11 ready to race, but I'm wondering if this Dolan frame will be any better than a 8 year old Trek design.
