I think I could live with the soft boltheads. I never torque the stems to the max because there is no need to. I have seen a critical fork failure (Scott CR1 + Ritchey WCS stem) due to tightening the stems to the max or above.
Maybe the frontplate bolts need to be tightened a little bit more because if you hit a hole at high speed unprepared the bar can slip and rotate forward.
I usually put some carbon anti seize grease between the bar and the stem, that increases the friction and lowers the required torque.

Anyway, I am also considering 3T ARX Team alloy stem. Currently Im using Ritchey 4axis WCS and its extremely soft at 130mm.
PRO stems are good but they are all 10deg, I need 6.

@Ritchey: Do you now ship the stems with the hex bolts instead? Is the C260 significally stiffer than 4axis at 130mm?

Another question: I have a FSA K-force compact bar. Is there any known problem with the instalation since the bar is a little profiled on the top?

I dont own one but I have seen many pics on the web saying 4Nm..

First, that is the WCS C260 BB aluminum.

Second, I have the same stem in the photo you posted, mne says 5nm. Maybe they have different production runs and adjusted the nm required after some study to 5nm.

The slip like you describe happened to me last week a day or so after posting here. I figured it was karma.

Put some carbon instalation paste between the stem and the bar and tighten. It should be ok.
