Just purchased a new bike with a Rotor 3DF(110MM) 52/36. Can I simply replace the chainrings with something like the Extralite OctaRamp RC-2 (50/34) plus also change the bolts?

I'm new to the world of Weight Weenies so please be gentle with me.

Yes this is no problem.
