Just came across these:

Are these likely to be Velocity A23s by another name or do we think they're something else?

Ironically enough I just emailing with Hermes about them. I asked about the weight limit - 1270g is pretty light - and he said I'd be fine at 175lbs,

I'd like their website to have more information than your typical chinarello seller...

Quoted as "lightest wide-rim road wheelset commercially available at 1270g" so that rules out the XR270s.

Look too deep to be stan's, even look too deep to be HEDs. I'd guess the same Kinlin CX rim sold at BHS.

Would be nice to know what the rim width and depth are, annoying to have to count spokes too. Price???

Ooo Tune spokes, but not going to mention the tune hubs?

Found this:

According to someone who has them on BF, they are A23s. Hmmm.

yeah apparently their marketing department needs some research too:

these are 22mm wide and weigh 1179:

the new MAGs if ever released will be closer to the 1100 range

These remind me of the Flit wheels from a few years ago.

These are velocity A23 rims laced with the new Sapim Superspoke on the front and a mix of another sapim double butted spoke on the NDS and DS(Super spoke with another db spoke) to tune hubs. A friend of mine (whom is a former ex-pro) has these and after seeing them in person I have mixed opinions about the wheelset....

The front Mig hub bearings deteriorated quite quickly.( sucks because that hub is very very pricey) Also I think my friend said that the wheels felt "soft", like they didn't feel fit for the type of riding he usually rides.
