Alright finally started to build my Evo and am attempting to install my wired SRM but it appears to be bottoming out. I tried with the normal 3 nylon spacers which clearly didn't work. Then attempted 5 spacers but still seems a tight and I haven't even torqued it.

Anyone else running a wired SRM on an Evo? Is it even possible without ghetto rigging? Looking for an excuse to go wireless lol but dont have the funds right now :(

I seem to recall there being a BB spindle specifically for SRM.

Evo is. They ship them with SRAM press fit bearings and covers.

I have an EVO that I used the cdale wireless srm on with both black and clear spacers - I had an extra few in there with the specific spindle and bearing shield but it worked fine. And yes the bottom bracket is PF30.

It was all a tight fit which I didn't care for but it did built well.

Do you remember how many spacers you used? I know Liquigas runs the wireless so knew that would work just wasn't sure if there is a profile difference between wired and wireless that makes the wired harder to mount or just not possible.

Even if you use the Cannondale specific pressfit 30 bottom bracket, I think you are going to have issues making this work due to the lack of clearance for the pressfit cups on the backside of the powermeter. I ended up using the Cannondale SRM bottom bracket as well as replacing an older model wireless Hollowgram SRM in order to make it work with a '12 Ridley X-night.
