Hello i am interested to buy a sram red power meter crankset but i am using shimano dura ace di2 groupset in my bike. Can i use this power meter with shimano di2?

As long as you can run the bottom bracket on your frame, you will be good. The chainring spacing and the chain line will work fine with Shimano.
