Hi I want to buy a SRAM Red Berner rear derailleur and have emailed using info@berner-bikes.com on a couple of occasions with no answer.

I have even gone through the checkout at berner-bikes.com and there is no option of Australia, only Germany, UK or USA.

Does anyone know if they are still in business and how I go about buying from them (or a Berner RD)
