Mine as built below weighs 16.5lbs without a saddle bag. soon i'm swapping to a red XG-1090 cassette, zipp firecrest 303's and ultegra carbon pedals. my end goal is below 15lbs.

hmm, my is under 13lbs
Size 50 with Sram Red (Rival front derailleur), Hollowgrams and so on. Looks something like this:
Was 14,33lbs last year with 10-speed Campagnolo Record.
Really nice bike

I was going to try and be clever by posting an ASCII conversion. but there isn't enough contrast to work with. boo.
In any case wheels would be the first place i'd look for sure. True the stock saddles on most versions aren't light, but nothing else is particularly heavy except for the run of the mill wheels.
Even the top end 'available' model comes with 1500g wheels.
it's actually possible to come to the conclusion even before realising it makes no sense at all
