Has anyone here bought from them? What has been your experience? Especially interested in their carbon cages and their long term survival.

Please PM me if this is not an appropriate type of posting.

I have. Got a custom seatpost saddle cradle from them. And I mean custom as the seatpost I used needed a custom diameter which they didn't have.

Not the best in the communications department but they make a very good product at a more than reasonable price. Do check with them how long it takes when you order though as mine took longer than I was hoping for and the comms part was a little lacking.

Other than that, the item came out great.

I too have a saddle cradle. Nicely made, light and reasonable price. Agree that his communication takes a few days for him to reply but he is, otherwise, very easy to deal with :)
Updated: Racing again! Thought this was unlikely! Eventually, I may even have a decent race!
Edit: 2015: darn near won the best South Island series (got second in age
-group)..woo hoo Racy Theremery is back!!
