So I'm building up a pair of 50mm carbon clinchers with a 3.5mm thick bed using 14mm Sapim aluminum nipples.

From what I've read, the Sapim nipples function just like a 12mm nipple so I don't need to adjust the spoke length for that.

-50mm carbon clincher 544 ERD
-14mm sapim aluminum nipple
-CX-Ray
-Front 20 spoke Radial and Rear 24 spoke 2x both sides.
-BikeHubStore SuperLight front (wide) and rear hub.

But here are the lengths that I am ending up with with the spoke calculator:
-Front: 258.1mm both sides
-Rear: 264.3mm NDS and 259.7mm DS.

What I'm worried about is spoke stretch.

Would I be okay with 258mm for the front (radial), 264mm NDS, and 260mm DS?

Many thanks!
Anthony

Your rounding will be fine as long as the measurements you supplied are accurate.

Enjoy the process.

Sapim spokes tend to be slightly shorter than their measured counterparts. So a 258 is closer to 257.5. You'll be fine with your rounding.

, I made :
hubs - BHS, rims ( light 360 g ) Hong Fu 50 mm, spokes Mac 424, nipples MAC alu 14 mm
front - 260
rear 258 / 262
Spoke tension max 100 kgf front and DS.

I think You can get also 258 front and 260/264 rear
