No, they don't exactly look like those DT skewers.

The Focuses skewers seem to have an internal cam like Campy Record:

Definitely not DT Swiss Skewers. No handle pivot bolt on DT Swiss hubs. Just out of curiosity, why the interest in these hubs. They do not look very light?

The skewers look like Procraft Comp Security Road skewers.

I'm interested in these because they have an internal cam.

They are steel Xero Lite skewers, so made by Formula.
