A friend and I were talking a few days ago and we both agreed that we'd kill for shorts that had 9.5" / 23cm inseams. The fashion seems to be dictating shorts with 11.25" / 28.5cm inseams. I don't get it and it really limits the number of shorts I can buy without having the fabric run over the top of my knees and into the crease behind my knees. Talk about annoying.
Don't feel too bad. I brought the same topic up a few months ago: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=92575" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Sorry for gravedigging, but I've been thinking about this for a while, and wanted to see what others had to say too. For my straight black bibshorts, I've been tempted to go to female bibshorts just to get a shorter inseam length. I'm 66"/167cm tall, and most of my bibshorts (various companies) range at about 10" unstretched. Grrr. Inseam to knee, I'm 14.5"... The inseam on a pair of Voler women's bibs = 7.75" and the men's = 9"
Maybe I want to look like Moser, Anquetil, or the rest of those dudes with their short-shorts?
