Can anyone tell me if nokons can be used with the transition frame.
Iv'e had a look and it seems the front mech cable that runs inside the frameset dosn't want to move !
All the others seem like they will come out....but am i digging a big hole that i can't get out

I wouldn't do it. I'm sure the the full housing run through the frame would cause some of the Nokon beads to fall off the liner while still inside the frame, then you'd be struggling to ever get them out.

If you're having trouble getting the front derailleur cable to exit out near the front derailleur, try greasing just the end of the housing, push it all back in, and then really give it a strong final push once it feels like it's stopped. There's a little shoulder it sometimes seems to get stuck on, once you push it beyond that, the cable comes out pretty easily.
