I don't like the new logos but it looks really good. It would be nice to know the aero width of the wheel because after seeing the pictures, the 19.5mm figure it's the tire bead width for sure

Any idea if that wheelset is hollow?
..the only thing that I miss by Standard wheels is a good sound

Really? It just shows how we all have our own tastes. I rode some Zipp deep rim wheels a few years ago, 808's I think and they had a very echoey sound, I didn't like it at all.

Yes, it really depends from personal taste... Don't know why, but somehow I like that sound, and I'm sure that I'm not the only one.. We had in our team also Zipp and Mavic Cosmic wheels in the past seasons and we all loved that sound :noidea:

Otherwise I'm really interested if those Fernweg Lightweights are hollow or are they also "foam filled"..?

From that photo I would say that they are hollow (made with "balloons" that are inflated in the mould..) because there aren't any "air voids" that are (I guess) on the Standard's because the procedure where the foam is "pressed"...

Very narrow profile. Narrow tubes for these wheels, I don't get their reasoning :noidea:

Cyclingnew's ad is very direct, it shows a Zipp wheel rolling and a Lightweight wheel passing it

So much coolness. So much money.

That's great, after Zipp, Enve and Reynolds, Lightweight now too has the fastest wheel on the planet.

Fernweg - as all of our other wheels - have foam inside.

CarbonSprots, any aerodynamic test results that you can share? Also what tubulars tested most aerodynamically with Fernweg (or at least what tire width)?
