Internal vs external cable routing. does the hong-fu have alu fork dropouts?

The junction of the seatstays and seat tube, seatstays and chainstay junction, and the shape of the top tube near the head tube are all different. The NeilPryde's chainstays are taller near the back while the HongFu tapers more.

I'm sure there are more differences if you inspect them in person.

They are definately not from the same mold or external/internal cable versions of the same thing.
