I have a few upgrade questions that I would like to open for comment.

Items I was going to change.
1. White New Ulimate Stem
2. White Hoods
3. remove the white stripe from the front of the seatpost (or get white seatpost?)

Do you think this would look better??

Painted seatposts, especially white, get marked up and scratched easy from inserting them.

White stem.... eh.

If you're wanting more white... I think a white saddle with white bartape/hoods would look best. Keep in mind, they get dirty, fast, and will look worn and dirty depending on what brand you use.

Thank guys! :beerchug:

My other thought was to go all black on the stem/seatpost/handlebars leaving the only white on the frame. Thougths?

I originally liked the all 3T matching stuff, but it looks cluttered to me....... :noidea:

I would keep the looks.
Except you want some more white. I would label the wheels. Just one single label on each wheel.
I think the full black(no name ) wheels fit good with no name full black frames. And the beyond black labeling fits with black labelled frames.Like Venge and R5Ca.
If this is not enough then go for a white saddle and white hoods. No white seat post.

This is how I like it. I like the frame to be the focus point.

Thanks Gum!

Will it just take a bit of acetone to take the stripes off the 3T stuff??

I like the way it flows from black to white.

Matte black tape; fizik microtex. (the wheels are matte, right?)

I wouldn't use a white seatpost/stem.

This black caad10 has got a white stripe over the toptube/seattube, right? that matches with the 3t seatpost?

I'm not a fan of the matte anodized parts, it gives a cheap molded appearance IMO. (allthough it might be machined and sandblasted afterwards, i just think it looks cheap) this was a trent for quite some time for seatposts/stems/handlebars.

Everything is matte with the exception of the frame (wish it was matte)......I have considered sanding down the gloss clear and hitting it with matte clearcoat, but was afraid of messing up the decals.

The white lines on the top tube and the rear of the seat tube match nicely with the 3T seatpost.....thinking the cockpit stripes are a bit busy between the stem and the bars.

I will take some better, more detailed pics tonight......

Thanks for the opinions! :beerchug:

Get some nail polish remover and remove the logo's from the handlebar and stem,
If it"s to much black in your opinion, you can always get a white seat and tape.

If going with white tape or white hoods, gotta go with white saddle, just IMHO... The carpet's gotta match the drapes! :)

I know! I just love how stiff and how well the shimano cranks shift.....everything else shifts like garbage in comparison, IMHO.

Anybody ever anodize these cranks?
