I know a lot of people spin and work out at home on this forum. For most people on this forum, I know that your workout area is also the same area that you do your bike-work and maintenance. Just curious to see what other peoples looks like.

Just a little about me - 29, Married, Age Group Triathlete, Lift | Cycle | Swim | Run twice a week. Work 60 hours a week, rest on the Sabbath. Los Angeles, CA

Anyways - Here it is, the garage gym/man-cave. And if any women on the forum would chime in - I'll stop calling it a man-cave

Least thing I want to is to start one of "those" discussions, but maybe if you didn't start it a mancave in the first place the chances of a women reading and commenting would be bigger?

Anyway great to see you're working long hours and still getting to your workout. Good on you!

I'm lovin' it so far. It's everything I want. Rugged, down to the nitty gritty, and keeping the essentials alive.

Garage gyms are the best. Mine is stands, bar and plates, a bench and some rubber matting, plus space for turbo or rollers
I'm in the process of making boxes for plyos/ hang lifts and fitting gym rings for some fun hanging off the roof. Kinda cold in there at the moment though!

Is this Garmin Edge 500? What bar mount you use?
Sorry for OT.

Am I go assume that you were playing a game of Tour of Duty while you trained? That's one way of making the time go by!

i attempted* , my monitor isn't that big, so i had a tough time seeing all the detail that im used to while playing which meant i died alot =(. secondly sitting up and playing was hard to focus on riding....also the ONLY way i could play was to assume the t-t "style" position with elbows on the tops of my bars which, wasn't comfy at all.

i only attempted it because it was a 2.5-3 hour trainer session. now i just put on a movie or something =(.

with that being said...i will buy a bigger t.v and attempt the MW3 playing in the future.

Need to take a photos obviously... we set up our two CompuTrainers in the home theater during the winters. 100" screen (Black Diamond 0.8, Pioneer FPJ-1), 7.2 sound (Thiel speakers, Epik subwoofers, Krell amplification/processor, Oppo bluray, all with Cardas cables)...
