The bianchi felt like it had too high a front end and understeered through corners. I've felt similarly about the colnagos, the wilier, the fondriest and the cippolini that I have ridden. I have seen all of these brands refer to their 'Italian geometry' at some point in their marketing literature. Not a blanket statement, just an observation.

My De Rosa was bought second hand from a mate for the princely sum of £300. Admittedly, I have put Record 11 & PMP on it but that doesn't change the fact that it handles like it's on rails. Coming down a Ligurian descent at almost 60kmh I dropped into a corner oblivious to the Fiat Panda coming up the hill. I changed path mid corner without the bike missing a beat. As for my heart, that's another matter entirely!

I want to buy a frame Oltre Black 53 size. The seller told me the weight of the frameset (incl frame, fork, seatpost and documents(!) of frame) 1.65 kg.
this is real weight of complete frameset Oltre? or it could be a fake Chinese? thanks

What size is that?
Is there any chance you can weigh the frame separately?
Or simply frame, headset, fork WITHOUT the 'plastic bag of information/brochures' ?

The weight as posted is kinda useless when there are items attached to it that would not be included on a build.

Can a manufacturer have weight without headset?

1080g with docs is actually pretty good!

No idea what the docs weigh, but from memory they aren't exactly light.

It would be great to get actual, verified weights, but the estimates are fairly good for now. Thank you.

I got one a few months back before th XR was released - mechanical version nonetheless. The XR has a bit of wieght saving and extra stiffness but I wouldn't consider a swap out for the new frame for even a second. I build the Nero frame up with pretty much a 'stealth' kinda look - removing wheel decals from the black exalith rims etc.
I think the look of the Nero - the subtlty, understanded but very obvious class is what the ride is like - very smooth, flawless but almost seamless precision.
