Maybe I just live a sheltered life, but I have never seen a seatpost with an "S" bend like that.

Note the aero of sorts, maybe, front brake, tucked, to some extent, behind the fork.
Double decker stem, bars, and brake levers is so last year though - I'd like to see a triple decker.
