Referring to the P3?
It's actually common to have leather saddles slightly 'nose up' to account account for some sag.

The bars on that "Machete" looked liked they were angled down/poor assembly, until I noticed they were level on the bottom!!

I guess they put crosstop levers on that thing because there is no possible way you can ride on the hoods. :?
