That is ridiculous!
But still, I find it darn impressive that Merlin and Wound Up took on a project like this for rider with an outlier height.
A lot of builders would pass on something like this.
But the choice of Spinergy... Oh, that is a recipe for disaster. I'll just assume that this is an older photo and the build has been modified since then.

Cheapest RAW MTB aluminium frame I could find to join some old pieces and built my "to waste" trainer bike.
Decathlon 700cc rear wheel with Continental turbo trainer tyre
Ksyrium Front Wheel (only 700cc availble to hold the bike up)
2x9 speed mix gears with XTR RD-M972 Shadow, Sachs Centera FD and XT Dual Control levers.
No brakes since this is a turbo trainer only built.
Dura-Ace FC-7900 with 39/53 - massive overkill, but again, the only road crankset available

Does this count?
Found on local internet auction site
Looks like a lot of work has gone into it.
Description from site
"Kuota Corsa carbon road race bike.
NO expense speared
NO Peddles..
I tired to keep the bike period correct, but full carbon, weight was a huge issue the whole way.. Very light, and looks awsome.. Let's call it ART...
Kuota corsa full carbon hand made (Italian) frame, used (very little) sanded back and gloss clear coated to expose the carbon..
Specalized carbon forks, used but sanded back to expose the carbon and clear coated..
Spinergy carbon wheels used (new bearings), little use..
SRAM GXP carbon cranks "
