Guess that’s why there’s an extra cage mounted under the down tube…

Since the bike lacks pedals you probably don't need to carry a whole lot of water.

The tyre combo alone is a punishable offence. On a bike like that rules need to be respected even more.
For a hardcore classics rider (the cobbled ones) I can deal with the cassette disc to keep the derailleur out of the spokes if it's not too visible. I.e. not the Mavic one.
