If Nibali wins, how many years will it have been since a Campy equipped bike last won the Tour?

I'm hoping that campy-equipped bike will win the vuelta.. Since the win drought of how many years.

Two-time GT winner?
2 Vuelta podiums and one TDF win were his biggest successes to my knowledge.

Additionally, Sastre spent much of his career with ONCE and CSC - not the teams considered especially clean.

My mistake. I thought that Menchov's 2009 Giro win had been stripped, but it turns out he gets to keep that and has only had his Tour finishes taken away. Ah well...still, 2nd in the Giro ain't shabby.

Group sets don't win tours humans do.

So you're not in favor of groupset limitation legislation, then?

Oscar Pereiro TdF winner just sounds as ridiculous today as it did back then.

Seriously feeling it in my plumz too and not just because of my man crush on J-rod. I am kinda planning a trip to Europe to pick up a Aeroad CF SLX when they become available.

Odd that the S5 was widely panned when it came out and now people are drooling over this. How times have changed?

For the record I'm an S5 owner so I very much like this too!

Suspect you might be waiting for a while.
Spoke to Canyon when it was first unveiled at tour de Suisse?? and they were very cagey.
No spec / cost available until after eurobike. Would then take pre orders.
Wouldn't tell me if it was electronic only, like the speedmax (looks like it will be).
Availability??? guessing april 2015 at the earliest.

Get in the queue

The S5 doesn't look like it at all. The Canyon has a much nicer back end and doesn't have the wonky tall head tube and has a proper amount of top tube slope. Love it.

Yeah the whole reason why I didn't go for an S5 was the mega tall looking head tube, but loving that Canyon

agree it's cool in that size, but will reserve judgment until I see one in 58 cm. That's about when bike go to shit in terms of looks.
