Front end is nothing alike, head tube and fork on the Bond is heaps chunkier.

OK, I'll give ya that one tube looks (kinda) similar.
But my shop has both frames in so I can literally look at them both side by side, and trust me that you'd be in no danger of mistaking one for the other.

Either Hardknott Pass or Wrynose Pass in the lakes I'd say.

apparently "it's the road at Howtown/Ullswater that leads up to Hallin fell, (not Hardknott/Wrynose etc)" according to someone on the singletrack forum
