Go Spartacus! Really happy that he won it again especially after last season being pretty rough on him

hilly or not I'm skeptical. I know that you can't see drag from the couch, but he looked to have a fairly shitty position on the TT bike and not all that great during the TT. I was really surprised to see him pull that off.

It might not looked right, but to say it's shitty position is another level of shit comment. Do you know his inseam, his arm length, his flexibility on the bike, to come up with such comment? Gosh I've been enjoying/tolerating all the comments and the trolling (and kept my quiet) in this thread so far til i read your comment.

while cancellara pulls off another really impressive victory, I think the most impressive ride of the day goes to van marcke. chapeau to him , especially the way he worked with cancellara to the end and just lost by a whisker. I think he earned alot of respect today.

Seen as all the talk last year was about Fabian missing the race. The only thing I could think of today was boonen had more chance of winning this year than Fabian did last year.

Great race. All to often Roubaix comes down to a W contest. Today there was tactics too.

Least dramatic Arenberg passage I can remember btw.

Interesting that he is (still) using toe clips in 1991.

Well, maybe. A weird respect though, cause the GC of respect or street credit hasn't been invented yet. I think he should have sucked cancellara's wheel as much as possible, to save energy, and win him on a final sprint with a decent track tactic, again, sucking cancellara's wheel, not like he did starting at the front and drafting cancellara to the win...

bad tactic for him, but yeah, lots of respect.
