Hopefully this rings true and Spain follows through on all of the blood taken, not just for cycling either. (Why should we be the fall guys/girls for this?) DNA match up to other samples taken from testing etc

Brakes set up for wide 2013 rims but narrow 2012 rim used on this occasion therefore less than perfect braking and so the warning.
